My name is Juan.

What is your name?
2.2 Nationality
Taga-Amerika ako.
I am from America. (casual)
Mula ako sa Pilipinas.
I am from the Philippines. (formal)
Nakatira ako sa California.
I live in California.

Where are you from?
2.3 Age
